Memorial Day Weekend in Boston

By , About.com Guide

It's summer. Well, not technically, but you what I mean. Memorial Day Weekend kicks off the unofficial start to the season, and that means beaches, barbeques, and maybe even a little yard word are open for business. With the college students finished for the semester, and many Bostonians hoofing it to the Cape, islands, and mountains, Memorial Day weekend can be a quiet time in the city. That means it's the perfect weekend to check out some of the city's top attractions before the summer rush, and you can kick the season off in style with these Memorial Day events.
