Jerry Remy's Sports Bar and Grill in Boston

Featuring Three Locations in the Area to Watch Sports

From

There is always a reason to go out and watch sports any time of year, whether it is a Sunday football game, March Madness, or the start of a new baseball season. Boston is filled with die-hard Celtics, Bruins, Red Sox, and Patriots fans looking to see their favorite teams play when tickets aren’t available, the team is away, or the couch won’t cut it. Jerry Remy, former baseball player and broadcaster, who also owns RemDawg's hot dog stand, has created quite a place to take in the local teams at Jerry Remy's Sports Bar and Grill.

Jerry Remy’s has become a popular place to eat, drink, and watch a game in the area. He first opened a location right at Logan Airport, and then a spot directly across from Fenway Park, followed by his latest restaurant and bar, in the Seaport area. All the locations feature classic pub grub, cold beer on tap, and of course plenty of flat-screen TV’s, making watching the game from a bar almost as fun as going.

One of the main features of his bars are the televisions, perfect for viewing all the sports-filled action. The Logan Airport location has plenty of flat screens to watch sports while you wait for your flights. His Fenway bar has two huge 132-inch projection TVs above the 34-seat bar. Not to mention 60" plasma screens throughout the restaurant. The Seaport location, which has a patio and water views, claims to have New England’s largest 32 foot HD video wall, as well as 46 HD Plasma TV’s, so you won’t miss any of the action.

Beyond just the many televisions to enjoy sports games and the upbeat atmosphere, the food and drink selections keep everyone coming back. Fresh, hot homemade food options include appetizers like calamari, cheese fries, and pork sliders. There are a variety of salads, hot dogs, and burgers to choose from and even entrees like steak tips.

The hearty pork chops at the Fenway location comes with potatoes au gratin, spinach, and apple sauce. Dessert options are served such as brownie sundaes or apple crisp. For a hearty meal, the Big Rack Attack at Seaport features barbecue pork ribs, coleslaw, and hatch chile hash browns. There is also an extensive wine list for all price ranges, along with scotch, whiskey, and cognac choices, plus plenty of beer and specialty cocktails to drink while you enjoy your favorite game.
